Will Kate Middleton Guide Grace Kelly on Her Wedding Day?

While the information of Kate Middleton's wedding dress remains a personally secured secret (at this point, I'm amazed that Wet Seal hasn't been named one of the latent designers), I'm belief that the bride-to-be might take her motivation from another celebrated commoner-turned-royal: Grace Kelly

In 1956, the Oscar-performing American actress wedded Prince Rainier of Monaco in a dress by MGM studio costume designer Helen Rose. It was created from 125-year-old Valenciennes rose-point lace, silk taffeta and 98 yards of tulle and took more than a dozen seamstresses six weeks to entire.

The dress was so dramatic that it still serves as encouragement to super fashionable brides like Nicole Richie and Ivanka Trump, who both wore wedding gowns reminiscent of Princess Grace. I would love to see Kate go for amazing also traditional and elegant, as an alternative of a simple modern design.

If you desire to have your own Grace Kelly bridal instant, here are two reasonable (at least when it comes to wedding clots) options:

The Temperley shrug is in an era creamy lace that can be worn as a jacket over a gown or as an individual occurrence shrug later on. ($1275, net-a-porter.com)

I also adore this White by Vera Wang gown from David's Bridal. It feels wealthy and luxurious and elegant, plus it's sized 0-14. The lace illusion piece can be uninvolved after ceremony into a strapless gown. ($1300, davids bridal.com)
