I'm surprised no organization is following up with USCIS about the prompt monthly updates on pending Volumes. So much for the push for openess during the 90 day initiative by the President !
Going by the charts and Dashboard one would come to think the September volumes has whittled down to Zero !! Hmmm..

Would really appreciate if some one can answer this question.
Is it possible to movie from H1B to EDA (valid unitl Oct 2010), work part time on EAD to complete Master's degree and then move back to the same employer to continuing working full time on H1B?
(assuming current employer is willing to allow going part time)

I am Cross Charging and applying for AOS filing. While filing do I need to provide BONA FIDE copies of Marriage & Birth certifcates. ??
Its mentioned in the application right? You need to provide certified copies of marraige and birth certificates matching your application

The President has started revealing his plans on immigration for the next year. It sounds like he's planning on trying a do-over with Congress and attempting again to get a comprehensive immigration bill passed. He'll make the case for this in his State of the Union Address. I'm happy the President is still interested in working for change, I sincerely hope he is not making passing a reform bill his SOLE strategy. I'm reminded of Presidents in the past who regularly spoke in favor of something, but you just knew they didn't really care and were just trying to appease...

I was laid off in Dec 2009, but severance will stop till early Feb. Now I found two potential jobs. Company A is a corporation in same state, but company B is a university in some other State.
1. How long will take them to transfer my H1B? does the different States matter on this transfer time? I want to make sure which one can submit the H1B transfer before my paycheck stops in Feb.
2. In order to apply for Green Card later, which job is better for Green Card application? I heard university will not help the staff (accountant) for Green Card application. Is that true?

Hi,
Since there has been considerable amount of movement in US Green card priority dates for EB2 category and that many applications have been approved recently, please consider my request...
Incase you are no longer interested in Canadian PR (since you have been approved for GC) ,if there is a way - please call AINP and withdraw your cases, so that other applicants including me and my family who are hoping on moving to canada as Permanent Residents will have our applications processed quickly.
This is just a request only in case you are no longer interested in Canadian PR.

Hello All,
I am currently working for Employer A for the past 6 years and my current H1 is Expiring in May End 2010. MY employer says he will file the H1 in may starting. In the meantime I got an offer from a future employer B who applied for my H1 transfer in premium processing. We got an RFE and the new employer is working on that .
My question is that lets say After responding to RFE by my future employer B , god forbid say the H1 transfer is denied. Would this denial have any impact on the H1 Extension that my current employer A plans to file in couple of weeks using I-140 approved petition. Please advice ?

I'd suggest contacting Adobe. Surely if you have a product that supports the file-format, and an upgrade of the firmware changes that, it's part of Adobe's support package to allow an upgrade of the Raw File support.
